These terms are governed by Australian law and apply to your use of this site and membership, regardless of the language or country domain through which you accessed it.
The use of this website constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions of use presented herein. If you do not agree to any part of these terms and conditions, you must not access or use this site in any way.
Interline Travel is a Travel Agency acting as an Agent between various Suppliers (Cruise Lines, Hotels, Airlines, Insurance Companies and similar) and yourself (You.) Our duties include arranging and coordinating the service offered by suppliers. We are based on the Gold Coast in Queensland. Our Agency is operated by Management One Pty Ltd – ABN 86651729467.
This site and all of its contents are the copyrighted property of Interline Travel. All information, text, graphics, software, images and coding (together comprising the “contents”) are the property of Interline Travel and/or its various third-party providers. No part of the contents may be reproduced, modified, removed, sold, transferred, or otherwise distributed without the express written permission of IC and/or the applicable third-party providers. All Interline Travel trademarks and trade names used on or in connection to this website shall remain the exclusive property of Interline Travel, and your use of this site shall not be deemed to give you any rights in or to any trademarks of Interline Travel.
The contents of this site are for personal use only. You may only use this site and its attendant services to make legitimate reservations and purchases. You agree that you will not use this site or the representatives of Interline Travel to make false or fraudulent or speculative reservations or purchases.
To ensure the quality of the service we provide, all calls and emails to and from Interline Travel may be monitored and will be recorded.
Much of the information on this site is supplied by third-party Suppliers and Interline Travel accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or misleading statements which may appear anywhere on this site, whether or not they were supplied by third-party Suppliers.
The cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators and car rental companies on this site are these third-party providers (Suppliers,) and Interline Travel has no control whatsoever over their actions or inactions. Interline Travel is not responsible for third-party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss, injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone travelling with you, or to the property of that party. Interline Travel cannot and does not guarantee third-party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms or rental cars. You acknowledge that upon receipt of payment by a third-party provider, the provider accepts the passenger subject to the terms of the provider contract. You acknowledge and agree that Interline Travel’s liability for damages incurred by you or anyone else from loss or damage to property or from bodily injury or death or otherwise is limited to the gross amount paid by you to Interline Travel.
Interline Travel shall not be liable to you for any special, consequential and/or punitive damages resulting from either Interline Travel or third-party negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract, fraud, or any other cause whatsoever. You also agree to waive any claims for damages which you otherwise might be entitled to assert against Interline Travel for damage to or loss of property or for death or bodily injury when the damages are covered by insurance and further agree that no insurance company or any other third party shall ever become entitled to assert any claim you have against Interline Travel, by subrogation, assignment, or otherwise.
All offers made by Interline Travel as an Agent to the various Suppliers, are for the exclusive use of Clients who meet the criteria outlined in our Eligibility Criteria that is acknowledged by You on our website Membership page. You will also be asked to provide confirmation of your employment, which will be emailed to you when you join as a member. We cannot accept a booking unless this is responded to and returned to us by email as noted within our correspondence to You.
After purchase, a confirmation will be emailed within 72 hours. This confirmation constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions of use presented herein. This confirmation contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior confirmations or understandings between the parties on all subjects in any way related to the transaction or occurrence described in this confirmation. No oral understandings, statements, promises or inducements contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of this confirmation exist. This confirmation is not subject to any modification, waiver, or addition that is made orally. This confirmation is subject to modification, waiver or addition only using a new confirmation that will be emailed to the passenger of record within 72 hours of any agreed upon change. An administration fee of $100.00 will be charged on each file of up to two adults. Accompanying children do not pay a fee.
Interline Travel does not warrant the contents of this site as to accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties thereof, either express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event shall Interline Travel be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or any special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, even if Interline Travel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above exclusions may not apply to you.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Southport, Queensland Australia, in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site.
Interline Travel reserves the right to change any aspect of this site, or to modify, add, or cancel any of these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by whatever terms and conditions are in effect at the time of your use.
Interline Travel reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to this site if, in its sole discretion, Interline Travel believes user conduct violates any applicable law or is harmful to Interline Travel or any third-party provider.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
All Refunds are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the relevant Supplier, including conditions of carriage and limits on liability. The Client is responsible for reading these before finalising the transaction. We may receive fees, commissions, gifts or financial incentives from third parties under this contract. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars including GST; on occasion, we may indicate that the price shown is in United States Dollars and that confirmation of the final price may be made by the Supplier when booking, subject to the known foreign exchange rate of the day.
Cancellation and change fees may be imposed by the Supplier, some tickets and services are non-refundable or transferable. Any refund requested will not be provided to the Client until it is received from the Supplier and deposited in our Client Bank Account.
Most products we represent require full payment once the booking is confirmed, including our Administration fee.
It is the Clients responsibility to ensure all passports, visas required and any other documentation to travel both to their destination and waypoints and back to their place of residence. You are responsible to advise us of this if this occurs.

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, the Agent does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused by suppliers or third-party providers over whom agents have no direct control.
The Agent is not liable for force majeure or any other event which is beyond the Agent’s control or which is not preventable by the Agent.
Neither the Agent, the Client or the Supplier will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include:
- financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss;
- changes in market prices or conditions: or
- a party’s financial inability to perform its obligations hereunder
The Client’s Responsibility under these Terms and Conditions
The Client agrees that they meet the following requirements:
- You warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and have sufficient funds to pay for the travel services;
- You have read our Terms and Conditions and if booking for third parties have conveyed these Terms and Conditions to them;
- You have read the Terms and Conditions of any suppliers or third-party service providers and agree to be bound by those;
- You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all documents provided to you;
- You are responsible for contacting the airline at least seventy-two (72) hours before travel;
- You warrant and acknowledge that you have accessed the smarttraveller.gov.au website for any specific enquiries about your intended destination;
- Passport/visa and other required identification documents are your responsibility.
The foregoing terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between You and Interline Travel (the Agent).
